Mitigwa Scout Reservation
Camp Service Award
Created in 2022 to commemorate the 100th summer of continuous operation and to celebrate the 2023 centennial anniversary, the Camp Service Award is the highest honor awarded by the Mid Iowa Council for service provide directly to the Mitigwa Scout Reservation. Nominations are for any registered adult Scouter that has made considerable contributions to the success of the reservation in providing a premiere Scouting experience. Considerable contributions are measured in contributions to camp program, facilities, and promotion. Staff of Mid Iowa Council, including camp staff, field staff, and support staff are eligible for this award for exceptional service and length of tenure.
