Day Camp
If you run a summer child day care program this activitiy is for you! We have a fun day at camp planned with experiences that you can only have at camp. Bouldering , fishing, range and target activities, are just of a few of the fun things in store for your youth. We have two event locations to meet the needs of your program: Camp Akela in Woodward, IA or Maytag Scout Center, Des Moines.

K-5 Field Day
If you are a school teacher or administrator looking for an outdoor field trip experience for your class, this is the program for you. We will have a little bit of camp fun and a little bit of hands-on science learning for your students. Programs are set up with age-appropriate skills and have pre-event day resources for you to use to prepare your student for their day at camp.
